Information we collect
We collect the contact, pickup, drop-off, passenger, trip, and special-request information you provide when requesting a quote or booking a ride. Account users also provide login information. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
How we use information
We use this information to quote, schedule, dispatch, provide, support, and account for transportation services; communicate trip updates; prevent fraud; and meet legal and operational requirements.
Service providers
We share only the information needed with providers that support our service, including payment processing, mapping, email, SMS, hosting, analytics, and professional drivers assigned to a trip. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute, safety, and legal purposes. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted administrative tools, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal or legitimate business reasons. You can also disable non-essential browser cookies through your browser settings.
